There are three things that a Muslim can benefit beyond his or her life - one of which the knowledge that one shared with and for the benefit of others.
Having one's thoughts or research findings published is one of the media to let others to share the knowledge and benefit from them. Personally I have to say that I have not done much. I sure hope that I will soon add new entry to the below list and am definitely doing something about that.

"Islamic Finance Rate of Return Risk Management: Challenges and Propositions" (jointly prepared with Dr. Mohammed Burhan Arbouna, the Vice President, Sharia Consultant and Coordination, United Islamic Bank) - was presented at the International Islamic Capital Market Conference organised by the Islamic Development Bank on 27-30 August 2007 in Jakarta, Indonesia. This article has recently been published as a part of a book.
