Another chapter was opened when my husband agreed that I could pursue the PhD study.
There were several offers, but we agreed that I would accept the scholarship offer from the University of Strathclyde and we'd go to Glasgow.
Both my husband and I decided to resign from our jobs. We were renting our house too.I felt very bad about taking my son into the situation. Well I felt sorry for my husband too - but he is an adult and he had chosen what he wanted to do; he did what he did voluntarily.
Having said so, I really appreciate what he had agreed to do for me. I did not regret the decision, not at all! No risk no gain and alhamdulilLah, Allah loves us!
Aside to my husband and son and my family, my immense gratitude goes to Professor Dr. Kenneth McK Norrie, without whom I don't think I would have completed my study within time, without whose guidance I might not find the right direction. To him I shall be grateful for as long as I live.
